The LRT0250AL-CT3A is a 250 mm travel motorized linear stage with a fine pitch lead screw and stainless steel dust cover. It uses a 2-phase stepper motor, operates with a D-sub 15 connector, and supports AutoDetect for automatic controller configuration. The stage achieves a resolution of 0.124 µm per microstep, a maximum speed of 175 mm/s, and 600 N thrust. It features a recirculating ball guide with flatness under 10 µm and straightness under 50 µm. Maximum centered load is 2940 N, with pitch, roll, and yaw stiffness of 1400, 700, and 1200 N·m/° respectively. Backlash is less than 12 µm and unidirectional repeatability is less than 4 µm.
