The FQP47P06 is a P-channel MOSFET designed for high-current switching applications with a drain-source voltage rating of -60V and a continuous drain current of -47A at 25°C. It is packaged in a TO-220 case and features a maximum on-state resistance of 26mΩ at -10V gate-source voltage, a total gate charge of 84nC, and is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device is 100% avalanche tested with a single pulsed avalanche energy of 820mJ and has a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 0.94°C/W. Its reverse transfer capacitance is typified at 320pF, and it supports a peak pulsed drain current of -188A.
