The C8LH is a clean-room-compatible single-axis Cartesian robot from the FLIP-X series, designed for pick-and-place applications requiring low dust emission. It features a stainless steel slide table surface, a standard suction air joint, and is rated for Class 10 cleanliness when used with a suction blower. The system uses a ball screw mechanism with a 20 mm lead, offering a maximum speed of 1000 mm/sec and a maximum horizontal payload of 30 kg. The overall body cross-section measures 80 mm wide by 75 mm high, with a stroke range from 150 mm to 1050 mm in 50 mm increments. Repeatability is ±0.01 mm, and it is driven by a 100 W AC servo motor. The controller supports standard 3.5 m cable length, with options for 5 m and 10 m.
