WEH Technologies Inc. RAC Industry Quick Connector TW111

The WEH® TW111 Quick Connector is the ideal tool for filling refrigerants. Just push to connect and the pressure-tight connection to the Schrader port UNF 7/16“ –20 male thread (equivalent to 1/4" – SAE tube connection) is established. The integrated shut-off valve prevents the escape of refrigerant which remains in the filling tube and can then be correctly disposed of. The TW111 service connector is rated for a max. operating pressure of 435 psi (30 bar) and either available with a straight or 90° media inlet and a colour coded sliding sleeve red or blue for the high pressure resp. low pressure connection port of the customer. Connection and disconnection is effected by a simple movement of the sliding sleeve. RSI resulting in the inflammation of tendons and abrasion of joints caused by continuous screwing and unscrewing of threaded joints is thus eliminated. Compared to conventional screwed connectors, the TW111 features ease of operation saving costs and time.
