Vacuum pressure relief module for venting to the outside for vacuum pump protection The TVS21 vacuum pressure relief module is used to protect the vacuum pump from excess pressure. The vacuum pressure relief module type TVS21 protects the pump from damages by venting the excess pressure safely into space. This is important for vacuum pumps mounted into a pressure plant with a considerably higher pressure than the max. operating pressure of the vacuum pump. Type TSV21 also releases safely short-term inlet pressures up to 420 bar for excess pressures up to 0.2 bar at the outlet port of the vacuum pump. Suitable for pressure plants with a max. inlet pressure of 420 bar. Adaptors for inlet 'B' are available as threaded or welding connection.
