Vacuum pressure relief module for vacuum pump protection The vacuum pressure relief module is used to protect the vacuum pump from excess pressure. Even in cases of rapid pressure rises (up to 4,350 psi) the vacuum pressure relief module protects the vacuum pump and its peripherals effectively. If a pressure of 4,350 psi is applied for 5 seconds at the inlet port of the vacuum pressure relief module, the outlet port indicates a pressure of 0,1 bar. Application For mounting into gas mixing plants to protect the vacuum pump from excess pressure.
