Fitted as standard with the 520R pumphead which features a large swept volume with sprung stainless steel rollers for high accuracy and gentle pumping. Low rotational speeds greatly increase tube life and system reliability.

520S drive offers manual control via a large-key membrane keypad: speed adjustment; run and stop; forward/reverse; "Max" key for rapid priming and purging. Keypad lock prevents tampering and accidental change. Auto-restart allows mains failure recovery.
520U drive offers manual control as above, plus remote auto control: digitally controlled with contact closure, 5V TTL or 24V industrial standard logic inputs for run/stop, direction change, auto/manual toggle, liquid detection and MemoDose trigger; analogue control: software-calibrated remote speed control (4-20mA); pump status outputs including 0-10V or 0-1258Hz analogue pump speed feedback and four 5V TTL or 24V industrial logic status outputs.
520Du drive offers manual, remote and analogue control as above, status outputs as above, plus second analogue or keypad speed scaling, 4-20mA pump speed feedback RS232 network control for industrial-standard connectivity to PC, PLC or other plant controller, comprehensive calibration, including choice of flow units.
