Silicone rubber base ELASTOSIL® C1451 is a 50 durometer self-lubricating material. The cured ELASTOSIL® C1451 exhibits good tensile, heat age and ASTM #3 oil immersion properties. It has been formulated to meet specific requirements of Ford's ESB-M2D280-A2, Chrylser's MS-AJ30-B and Sumitomo's SCI 504 engineering specifications.
