Silicone rubber compound ELASTOSIL® C1445 is a 33 durometer, self-lubricating material. Parts molded from this product will have a thin film of a liquid at the surface for lubricating purposes. It is recommended for use in connector technology or where installation of parts are difficult and require lubrication.
