The Z20FF5LL is a hermetic, axial-leaded high voltage diode rated for 2000 V reverse voltage and 2.0 A average forward current, with a 50 ns reverse recovery time and 20 pF junction capacitance at 25°C. The device operates from -65°C to +175°C and is mounted with formed leads. Its maximum case temperature is 100°C, with a thermal resistance of 0.75 °C/W. Physical dimensions are 0.320 in. (8.13 mm) maximum length and 0.220 in. (5.59 mm) diameter.
