The Z100FF5 is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 10,000 V reverse working voltage and 180 mA average forward current, with a 50 ns reverse recovery time and 25 A non-repetitive surge current. It has a junction capacitance of 8.0 pF at 25°C and a thermal impedance of 12 °C/W. The diode is hermetic and operates from -65°C to +175°C ambient temperature. Physical dimensions are 0.400 inches maximum in length.
