The X50SG is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 5000 V reverse voltage, 150 mA average forward current, and 3000 ns reverse recovery time. It has a maximum forward voltage of 1.0 V at 100 mA and a typical junction capacitance of 3.0 pF at 50 V DC. The device is hermetically sealed and operates over an ambient temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. It is rated for a surge current of 10 A and has a thermal impedance of 12 °C/W at 100°C junction temperature. The case measures 0.260 inches (6.60 mm) in maximum length.
