The X200UFG is an axial-lead, glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 20,000 V reverse voltage and 25 mA average forward current, with a peak reverse recovery time of 100 ns and a typical junction capacitance of 2.0 pF at 25°C. It has a forward voltage drop of 1.0 V at 25°C and can withstand a non-repetitive surge current of 30.0 A. The device is hermetically sealed, operates from -65°C to +175°C, and has a thermal impedance of 5°C/W at 55°C and 12°C/W at 100°C with a 0.375 inch lead length. Its maximum body length is 0.380 inches (9.65 mm).
