The M100FG is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 10,000 V reverse voltage and 25 mA average rectified current, with a maximum forward voltage of 13.0 V at 25°C and a reverse recovery time of 200 ns. It has a junction capacitance of 0.5 pF at 25°C and operates from -65°C to +175°C. The diode is hermetic and measures 0.300 inches (7.62 mm) in length. Power dissipation derating is 18 °C/W at 55°C, 30 °C/W at 100°C, and 50 °C/W at 100°C with a 0.375 inch lead length.
