X20FF3 is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 2000 volts reverse voltage and 420 mA average rectified current, with a 30 ns reverse recovery time and 4.0 pF junction capacitance at 25°C, packaged in a hermetic glass body with dimensions up to 0.240 inches in length. It operates from -65°C to +175°C ambient temperature and has a thermal impedance of 5 °C/W at 55°C and 12 °C/W at 100°C for a 0.375 inch lead length.
