The K50S is an epoxy molded axial-leaded high voltage diode rated for 5000 V reverse voltage, 1.10 A average rectified current, and 150 A repetitive peak surge current with a 3000 ns reverse recovery time. It has a maximum junction impedance of 4.5 °C/W and a junction capacitance of 50 pF at 25°C and 50 VDC. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C. The diode features a forward voltage of 2.0 V at 1.10 A and a reverse leakage current of 2.0 µA at 5000 V and 25°C.
