Volktek - INS-8415 is an unmanaged 5-port, 10/100/1000 RJ45 downlink, and 1-port GbE SFP uplink industrial switch for communication between controllers and devices in automation settings. The device can be used with multi-axis robots and their peripherals such as PLCs, HMIs, and legacy devices. Additionally, it offers auto-negotiation on all its ports to aggregate devices easily in industrial ethernet applications.
The switch offers various in-built traffic optimization and network performance features to prioritize important industrial data packets, prevent the loss of data during communication, and stable transmission.
This switch is built with industrial grade components, enclosed in an IP40 metal case to protect the device from tools and hazards. Designed to withstand vibration, shock, free fall, interference, and temperatures ranging from -40°C~75°C (-40°F~167°F) it suits extreme industrial environments.
