Unlike other HDMI panel mount adapters that are integrated as a permanent part of a plate, the stand alone CD-HDMIFFP has been designed to mount in any standard DB9 hole punch. Not only can you mount it anywhere you like, you can do it without special tooling and use standard off the shelf wall plates and panels.
