The Light Pipe, Single, 7.62mm, Circular, PCB (part number 63W5098) is designed to transmit light from SMD LEDs to the front of a panel, making it suitable for applications such as security cameras, entertainment systems, telephone systems, panel and cabinet illumination, and medical devices. It features a low profile, panel flush design that integrates seamlessly into the panel until light is emitted. Constructed from clear optical grade acrylic, the light pipe ensures maximum light transmission and is compliant with UL rating 94-HB. It can be mounted on PCBs using SMD 4 components, which are sold separately. The product accommodates panel thicknesses ranging from 0.173,Äù to 0.200,Äù with a retaining ring and has standard lengths available from 0.300,Äù to 1.20,Äù, with custom lengths available upon request. The light pipe is also RoHS compliant, ensuring it meets environmental standards.
