The VS-MPX075P120 is a three-phase inverter power module integrating silicon carbide MOSFETs with a 1200 V blocking voltage and a typi- cal on-resistance of 69 mΩ at 20 A. It features a MAACPAK package with press-fit pins, measuring 52 mm in length and 43 mm in width, and weighs 16 g. The module supports a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C and operates continuously from -40 °C to 150 °C. It includes an integrated NTC thermistor with 10 kΩ resistance at 25 °C and a B constant of 3430 K. The device meets insulation voltage requirements of 3500 V RMS and is rated for pulsed drain currents up to 100 A. UL certification is pending.
