VS-HOT200C080 is a half-bridge power module with integrated Power MOSFETs, designed for high-current inverter applications. It features an embedded DBC substrate, current and temperature sensing, and a C-snubber for low EMI. The device is packaged in a FlatPAK HC0 case, weighs 10 g, and is rated for a drain-source voltage of 80 V and a continuous drain current of 195 A at 80 °C. The silicon-on-die RDS(on) for the high-side MOSFET is 0.45 mΩ at 25 °C. The module meets AQG324 qualification guidelines and uses an epoxy compound certified to UL 94 V-0. Electrical isolation between terminals and case supports 2000 V RMS. Operating and junction temperature ranges extend from -55 °C to +175 °C.
