The VEMD2003X01 is a high-speed, high-sensitivity PIN photodiode designed for surface mount applications. It features a peak sensitivity wavelength of 940 nm and an angle of half sensitivity of ¬± 35 degrees. The photodiode has a photosensitive area of 0.23 mm¬= and is equipped with a daylight blocking filter that is optimized for infrared emitters operating between 830 nm and 950 nm. This component is AEC-Q101 qualified, ensuring reliability in automotive applications. It supports a reverse voltage of up to 60 V and has a power dissipation rating of 215 mW. The operating temperature range is from -40 ¬8C to +100 ¬8C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The photodiode is packaged in a miniature surface mount form factor, with dimensions of 2.3 x 2.3 x 2.55 mm.
