The SiZ342DDT is a dual N-channel 30 V MOSFET in a PowerPAIR 3 x 3 package, designed for synchronous buck and half-bridge DC/DC conversion applications. It features a maximum on-resistance of 9.2 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage and 15.5 mΩ at 4.5 V, with a total gate charge of 6 nC. Continuous drain current is rated at 15.8 A at 25 °C and 12.6 A at 70 °C when mounted on a 1" x 1" FR4 board. The device is qualified to AEC-Q200, meets RoHS standards, and is lead-free and halogen-free. The package measures 3.0 mm x 3.0 mm with a maximum height of 0.8 mm and is optimized for high-frequency switching with a favorable RDS-Qg figure of merit. Single pulse avalanche energy is rated at 5 mJ at 25 °C.
