The Vishay DG9232E, DG9233E, and DG9234E are dual-channel analog switches available in SOIC-8 packages. They feature low on-resistance of 17 Oc at 5 V and operate within a supply voltage range of +2.7 V to +5 V. The switches are designed for precision signal switching with low charge injection of 1 pC and maximum switch-on leakage of 100 pA at 25 ¬8C. They exhibit fast switching times, with turn-on and turn-off times of 32 ns and 10 ns, respectively. The devices are compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels and provide high ESD protection, rated at 8000 V (HBM) and 1000 V (CDM). The DG9232E is normally closed, while the DG9233E is normally open, and the DG9234E features a combination of both configurations.
