Six-pack IGBT-FRED inverter bridge module with integrated NTC thermistor, designed for three-phase inverter applications up to 1.2 kV and 75 A. Packaged in a flowPACK 1 module with a base size of 62 mm × 42 mm. Includes one 600 V / 30 A variant (P434-F) among other ratings. Requires mounting to PCB with screws before pin soldering, and recommends maximum 0.05 mm thermal paste thickness. Complies with RoHS and is rated for a maximum substrate temperature of 100 °C. Terminal pins must not be subjected to vibration or mechanical loads exceeding ±5 N at 100 °C or ±35 N at 25 °C.
