Vansichen Linear Technology has developed two distinct types of tracks to be used in cleanroom environments: For ISO class 7 conditions, the tracks are constructed with linear guideways utilizing ball type guides. The drive system features a rack and plastic pinion. In contrast, for ISO class 4 conditions, the tracks are also built with linear guideways of the ball type guides. However, a linear motor is implemented as the drive system. These customized tracks ensure optimal performance and precision in their respective cleanroom conditions.
