The 54003A is a probe from Agilent. Probes can use pulse waveforms to test components without removing them from circuits with in-circuit capabilities. Additional Features: 300 MHz, 1 Mohm Pod. 10:1 detachable mini-tip probe. 8pF capacitive loading. 12pF BNC inpit. The Keysight Agilent HP 54003A is desireable when resistance is a more significant factor than capacitance, such as in operational amplifier measurements. The mini-tip probe can be detached from the pod to provide a 1 Mohm approximately 12 pF BNC input. For use with the Keysight Agilent HP 54100A/D and 54110D digitizing scopes.
