ValueTronics International, Inc. Differential Probe 1141A

Description
The 1141A is a Differential Probe from Agilent. A differential probe is an active probe that has two inputs. A negative and positive input along with a ground lead that drives a 50 Ohm cable to transmit the output of a digital oscilloscope channel. Additional Features: Compatible with Keysight Agilent HP 5000, 6000, 7000 and 9000 Series oscilloscopes Superior tolerance to ESD Low DC thermal drift ±200 V (DC + peak AC) maximum allowable input without attenuators DC offset and DC reject Remote control input coupling and offset Rugged construction Requires the Keysight Agilent HP 1142A probe control and power module This differential probe combines high bandwidth and low loading for superior measurements. The probe can be powered directly from the Keysight Agilent HP 54615A and the Keysight Agilent HP 54616A/C Oscilloscope, used with any oscilloscope with a 50 Ohm input, or the Keysight Agilent HP 1142A Probe Control and Power Module. The Keysight Agilent HP 1141A Differential Probe is a 200 MHz probe with a division ratio of 10:1 and 100:1, AC and a circuit loading of 1 Mohm; 7 pF.
