This PTB330 barometer - designed for a wide range of high-end atmospheric pressure measurement - is based on the Vaisala BAROCAP® Sensor. It is a Vaisala in-house, silicon capacitive, absolute pressure sensor providing high measurement accuracy and excellent long-term stability.
