Universal Wire Works Inc. Coated Electrode Alloy 112

Description
Alloy 112 is used for arc welding Incoloy types 800 and 801, Inconel types 601 and 625, for overlaying on carbon steel, and for joining 9% nickel steel. Alloy 112 dissimilar welding applications are; joining Incoloy type alloy 825 to stainless steels, low-alloy steels and carbon steels; Incoloy type alloys 800 to 825, Inconel type alloys 625, 706, 718, and X-750 to nickel 9% nickel steel; and Inconel type alloy 625; Monel type alloy X-750. Electrode sizes 3/32 and 1/8 dia. can be used in all positions while the larger 5/32 and 3/16 dia. are used in the flat and horizontal positions. POWER SUPPLY DCRP.
