The 30 gallon, open top tank with 20 cone is 18" in diameter and 40" in height. Tank without the stand is 33-1/4" high. The top diameter of the tank is 21-3/4". Outside diameter of the stand is 19-7/8" diameter and 19-3/8" height. The lid is included with the tank and stand. Bulkheads can be added to the tank for an additional charge. They are typically installed in the bottom of the cone and you can run your line from there out through the wide leg of the stand.
