Bristles are shorter on the back end which makes them stiffer for tough scrubbing applications. ON the front end, bristles are long and angled to more easily reach into corners. Brushes feature low water absorption polyester bristles with stainless steel staples. They are made from FDA compliant materials and they are autoclavable at temperatures up to 250 F/121 C. Color coding as follows: Green - Fruits and Vegetables, Blue - Cooked Foods, Red - Raw Meat, White - Dairy, Yellow - Uncooked Poultry.
