Quite possibly the most versatile container ever offered to packaging and material handling engineers, the ShipShape containers maximize shipping, handling and storage efficiencies. They cube out tractor trailers stacking 2-3 high and 2 across and safely accommodate up to 2000 lbs. (depending on size). For smart returns, the containers nest five- to seven-high and in storage, they nest or stack even higher. Molded nesting "lugs" or "ribs" prevent units from jamming together. Polyethylene (LLDPE) construction with a wall thickness of .250" - .300". Up to 1500 lbs two-way fork lift entry, 2000 lbs have 4 -way. Also available is an optional polyethylene liner to keep bulk containers clean and to simplify clean-up from one job to another. All colors listed meet FDA standards. Price listed is for the container with the lid. Installed dumping brackets and casters are optional and must be added to the cost of the container when ordered.
