Of all the unmodified nylons, Nylon 101 is the strongest, most rigid and has one of the highest melting points. Commonly specified for screw machined electrical insulators and food contact parts. Not UV stabilized. -40F to 225F. USDA, NSF, and 3A-Dairy compliant and meets FDA standards. Nylatron GS Molybdenum disulphide filled nylon offering improved strength and rigidity. Parts maintain better fit and clearance, less tendency to seize. All sold in 1' intervals. 8 lengths standard. Not UV stable. other parts. Properties include high wear and abrasion resistance, with low coefficient of friction, high strength to weight ratio. It has corrosion resistant to alkalies and organic chemicals. It is non-abrasive to other material, with noise dampening characteristics, also good electrical insulator. It is not UV stabilized, but it is USDA and FDA compliant. The temp range is -40 F to 225 F. All sold in 1 ft. intervals. Natural nylon 10 lgts standard. MDS 8 lgts standard. 47415 4' standard.
