U.S. Plastic Corporation Polypropylene Pipe Nipples 30712

Description
For industrial applications involving corrosive media. Polypropylene may be used at temperatures to 150 F, in continuous pressure service, and at temperatures to 180 F, with gravity flow conditions. Polypropylene is the lightest of all thermoplastics. It has good resistance to strong acids except highly active oxidizers, such as nitric acid. It also has excellent resistance to weak and strong alkalies and to most organic solvents, non-conductor of electricity. Polypropylene fittings are designed for pressure up to 150 psi at 70 F.
