If used properly, will soften the surfaces of PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings which is necessary for the proper solvent welding of the materials. Meets ASTM F-656 & SCAQMD 1168 Industry Listings: NSF, LOW VOC with 3 Year Shelf Life. For socket joint fabrication in pint and quart cans. Pipe cement requirements are as follows. For 1/2" pipe size, the average number of joints per qt is 300. For 3/4" pipe size, 200. For 1" pipe size, 125. For 1-1/2" pipe size, 90. For 2 inch, 60. For 3", 40. For 4" pipe size, the average is 30. NSF listed. Item can not ship via Air freight of any kind.
