This reducing tee is 1-1/2" barbed insert x 1-1/2" barbed insert x 1-1/4" barbed insert. The 1-1/4" barbed insert end measures 0.995" inside diameter and 1.425" outside diameter barbs and 1-1/2" barbed insert ends measure 1.125" inside diameter and 1.665" outside diameter barbs. Polyethylene pipe should be clamped with one clamp directly over the barbs plus an additional clamp on each pipe size.
