Whitlam CPVC Gray Heavy Bodied Cement is a thick, consistency heavy bodied cement formulated for use on solvent weld CPVC pipe and fittings in both cold and hot water applications. Specially formulated to solvent weld up through 6" (15.24 cm) diameter Schedule 80 CPVC pipe and through 12" (30.48 cm) diameter Schedule 40 CPVC pipe. Application temperature range of use is 40F to 100F. Service temperature for hot and cold water up to 200F. Pressure range use up to 275 PSI with liquids. Dauber top can for applying. Drying time partial set time rating is approximately 2 minutes, complete cure time is 48 hours. Meets ASTM D2846 and F493. Carries the National Sanitation Foundation Seal for Potable Water, Drain, Waste and Vent (DWV) and Sewer Waste (SW) systems. Made in the USA.
