This one of a kind transparent tank is injection molded which allows for a seam free design and the utilization of an engineered resin. Its most outstanding features are excellent toughness, hydrolytic stability, heat and chemical resistance. Based on its excellent chemical resistance and durability this product can be utilized in many processing applications in manufacturing and research. It is excellent for table top operations, such as photographic processing, etching printed circuits, and treating small parts. It may also be used in repeated use food contact articles under United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. It is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 51 for Food Equipment Materials. It has five molded ports available for fittings. The three front ports are _" FNPT with the "inlet" side being _" FNPT, and the "outlet" side being 1" FNPT. Fittings and valves sold separately. Wall thickness is 0.22". Working temperature is 160F. 5 gallon volume. The magnet base can be utilized in two ways. The first is to hang the tank onto anything steel. This would require the 7 magnet base. The 4 magnet base is to mount Warren Rupp pumps onto it along with an air regulator to make a portable air pump that can be installed on any steel surface.
