The X4C25L1-03G is a low profile, high performance 3dB hybrid coupler designed for 5G applications, operating within a frequency range of 2200-2800 MHz. It features very low insertion loss of 0.25 dB, high isolation of 23 dB, and tight amplitude balance of ¬±0.5 dB. The coupler is constructed from ceramic filled PTFE composites, ensuring excellent electrical and mechanical stability, and is 100% RF tested. It is packaged in a surface mount format (0603) and is available on tape and reel for efficient pick and place manufacturing. The device can handle an average continuous power of 5 watts and operates within a temperature range of -55 to +140¬8C.

The X25L1-03G is available on tape and reel for pick and place high volume manufacturing. All of the Xinger components are constructed from ceramic filled PTFE composites, which possess excellent electrical and mechanical stability. All parts have been subjected to rigorous qualification testing and units are 100% RF tested. Produced in an ENIG final finish.
