The X3C45P1-03S is a low profile, high performance 3dB Hybrid coupler, with a high power rating of 85 Watts (AVG) with a peak to average performance of 12dB, in a new easy to use, manufacturing friendly Xinger style surface mount package. It is designed particularly for LTE, 5G and S&C Band applications in all end markets including telecom and COTS Mil-Aero. The X3C45P1-03S is designed particularly for balanced power and low noise amplifiers, plus signal distribution and other applications where low insertion loss and tight amplitude and phase balance is required.
Parts have been subjected to rigorous Xinger qualification testing and they are manufactured using materials with coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) compatible with common substrates such as FR4, RF-35, RO4350 and polyimide. Produced with 6 of 6 RoHS compliant tin immersion finish.
