We engineer ePTFE based filtration fabrics specifically for critical air pollution control processes. Our Ecoflex Filter Media comprises a full line of air pollution control fabrics for filtering particulate from industrial processes such as coal fired boilers, cement kilns, steel furnaces, and many other challenging applications. We understand what it takes to produce ePTFE membrane laminates that can be easily fabricated into world-class performers in industrial applications. Our Ecoflex Filter Media allows end users to save energy, reduce their environmental footprint, and minimize overall cost of ownership. TTG is the only producer using VDI technology for iterative development of APC (Air Pollution Control) laminates. At TTG, state-of-the-art processing equipment doesn’t constrain innovation; it inspires a frontal charge against the traditional production envelope. This is the same technology developed for the EPA’s ETV testing and verification program, of which TTG is a program member. Ecoflex Filter Media is fabricated into filter bags and pleated filters for OEM and aftermarket baghouses. We assist fabricators with the conversion of our products into pulse jet, reverse air and shaker baghouse filters, as well as assist end users in product selection and engineering.
