The TMC236B-PA is a dual full bridge driver IC designed for bipolar stepper motor control applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 7V to 34V and can drive coil currents up to 1500mA, maintaining over 800mA at elevated temperatures of 105°C. The device features low power dissipation due to its low RDS-ON MOSFET technology, making it suitable for embedded motion control and battery-powered devices. Control is facilitated via a serial SPI interface or through analog/digital input signals.
