Cushion pillow block mounted bearings are attached on a plane parallel to the rotating shaft's axis. Used to provide load support for that axis, cushion pillow block mountings hold a variety of sleeve bearing sizes. The cushion itself is made of soft, yet durable, 50 durometer, synthetic rubber and is resistant to oils, grease, oxidation or aging. It prevents static electricity and effectively suppresses sound and vibration.
Our affordable and self-aligning designs are engineered in galvanized or stainless steel. They are precision bored, can be customized to meet any specifications and are available with oil cups or grease lubricant fittings.
