Product Description The model R20-P is an optical shaft encoder in a 2" diameter x 1-3/4" long housing that can be face mounted using three 6-32 x .25" deep mounting holes on a 1.75" diameter bolt circle. The shaft is up to 3/8" diameter, either single or double ended. Electrical connection is through a 16mm circular connector or an attached cable. The encoder is factory configured with a program that offers one or more features. DIP switches are used to set program parameters. Examples of some of the available features are: selectable counts per revolution, quadrature (A/B) outputs, direction output, and the anti-jitter feature.
