Trent, Inc. Folded & Formed® Rack CS

Description
TRENT CS Series heater racks consist of a fabricated aluminized or alloy steel support frame with pre-formed metal channels. In these channels, high-grade, refractory, slide-in, porcelain retainers are mounted to support three rows of one, two or three-tier high TRENT F&F® nickel-chrome, ribbon type heating elements. The overall rack frame dimensions are 30-1/2" high and 34-1/4" wide. CS Series Racks have three temperature ranges. CSL Racks have a maximum rack frame temperature of 750°F with an aluminized steel frame; CSM Racks have a maximum rack frame temperature of 1350°F with a 304 stainless steel frame; CSH Racks have a maximum rack frame temperature of 1850°F with a 330 stainless steel frame. There are no screws or mechanical fasteners used in the rack frame construction. The internal connections are all welded. The anchor and terminal sections are welded construction to insure continuous non-arching, electrical resistance path from terminal to terminal. TRENT CS Series racks are easily fastened to the interior of ovens. The F&F® heating elements are rugged and provide long life at high wattages and temperatures. This means more heat, faster and with less energy expended. They also allow faster cooling to prolong element life. These benefits, coupled with the ease of installation, make TRENT F&F® heater racks as economical as they are efficient.
