This is made possible by the Seal Time Setting function. By utilizing the various functions of Totani's Original Servo Motor Control System, such as the Sealing Time setting function, the Positioning of the Seal during operation and the Punch processing can be adjusted with great precision quickly and very efficiently. The results are reduced Film Loss and Higher Productivity. The Mark Sensor is fully automated. This differentiates between the Printed and Non Printed Portions of the Film and leads to a reduction in Film Waste. This is a huge improvement over conventional manual adjustment systems where waste due to Set-up Errors leads to film heavy loss. Totani's original "Print Smoothing Function" adjusts even the smallest print repeat variance. This ensures precise pouch making regarding the Width of the seal, Notch Processing etc. The Powder-Brake (Particle Brake) ensures smooth unwinding of the film in accordance with the production speed and is monitored by a control system which detects the speed, film tension, and the Powder Brake.
