The TLP241BP is a photorelay with over temperature and over voltage protection, consisting of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED in a 4-pin DIP package. It offers an isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms, an ON-state current of 1.4 A max, and an ON-state resistance of 280 mΩ max. The device has a trigger LED current of 3 mA max and an OFF-state output terminal voltage of 80 V min. It meets UL 1577, cUL, and EN 60747-5-5 safety standards, and is halogen-free. The TP1 option indicates tape and reel packaging.
