The TLP175A is a photorelay with a normally open single-pole contact, designed for mechanical relay replacement in applications requiring low power consumption. It is housed in a 4-pin SO6 package with a creepage and clearance distance of 5.0 mm minimum. The device turns on with a maximum trigger LED current of 1 mA and supports a maximum ON-state current of 100 mA with an ON-state resistance of 50 Ω maximum. It offers an isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms minimum and an OFF-state output terminal voltage of 60 V minimum. The photorelay meets UL 1577, cUL, VDE EN 60747-5-5, EN 62368-1, and CQC GB4943.1 and GB8898 safety standards. The V4 option indicates VDE approval, which is included in this variant.
