The XC6501C29AGR-G is a high-speed, low-noise CMOS linear voltage regulator capable of delivering a maximum output current of 200mA. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V and provides stable output voltages from 2.0V to 5.0V with an accuracy of ¬±1%. Notably, this regulator does not require an external load capacitor due to its internal phase compensation, which simplifies circuit design. The device features a low operating current of 13OºA and a stand-by current of less than 0.1OºA when the CE function is activated. It includes a current limit fold-back circuit for short circuit protection and an auto-discharge function for quick discharge of any connected capacitor. The dropout voltage is specified at 150mV under a load of 100mA at an output voltage of 2.8V, and it offers a ripple rejection of 50dB at 1kHz. The XC6501C29AGR-G is suitable for applications in smartphones, portable gaming devices, wireless modules, Bluetooth devices, and digital TV tuners. It is available in multiple package options, including USP-4, SSOT-24, and SOT-25, and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
